Coming soon: This EU Trajectory Tool provides all the information necessary for an applicant to evaluate the local (city- and regional-level) decarbonisation trajectory for a commercial building asset.
The interactive map provides a complete list of all locations for which a trajectory has currently been developed (this dataset will continually be updated).
By clicking on a reference location, the requirement for a building’s emissions intensity calculated for 2019 is provided. The resultant provides the decarbonisation benchmark, from which the pathway to reach net zero by 2050, can be achieved.
